How are Pasquale's Tamales made?
Our tamales are made with high quality beef
and hand rolled in real corn shucks the old
fashioned way. They are tied into bundles
of three with a strand of corn shuck. Next,
the tamales are slowly simmered for six hours
before being flash frozen.
Are the tamales really "all natural"?
Absolutely! Pasquale's Tamales are made with natural foods and contain
no additives and no preservatives of any
kind.
How long do I heat the tamales?
Use one of the methods below to warm your
hot tamales. Pasquale's does not recommend
microwave heating. Serve hot.
STEAM METHOD: Place tamales to be heated
in a small colander or strainer, and place
over a saucepan of boiling water for 25 to
30 minutes. Place lid over colander, this
will help retain the steam.
SAUCEPAN METHOD: Place tamales open end up
in a saucepan. Fill with warm water to level
covering 3/4 of the tamales. Do not cover
tamales with water. Let water come to a boil,
reduce heat to simmer and let cook for 20
minutes. Drain tamales in a colander for
5 minutes before serving. (Draining for 5
minutes will allow tamales to firm).
How are the tamales shipped?
The tamales are fully cooked and quick frozen
for express delivery via Federal Express.
They are shipped in reusable foam containers.
How many tamales come to a box?
6 dozen tamales for only $59.99 or 3 dozen
tamales for only $39.99.
Do Pasquale's tamales come in other flavors?
Not at this time however, our R&D department
is hard at work.
How long will the tamales keep?
4 months frozen, 4 - 5 days in your refrigerator.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
We are required by law to charge sales tax
for product orders billed in the state of
Arkansas because that is the state in which
our business resides. Other states will not
be charged sales tax.
May I order tamales as a gift?
Yes, in the online order form you may check
the “This is a Gift” box, enter text for
a customized gift card, and enter different
"Ship To" and "Bill To"
addresses.
Do you ship internationally.
Not at this time.
How long will it take for my tamales to arrive?
Tamale orders are shipped via Federal Express
with Express Delivery.
What days do you ship?
Because Pasquale's tamales are perishable
we ship Express Delivery Monday thru Thursday.
Any orders processed on Thursday will be
shipped the following Monday.
How much is the shipping fee?
$19.99 per box.
What about Saturday Delivery?
We do not offer Saturday delivery at this
time.
